Payroll Qualifications
Students now have the option of two approaches to
the Payroll Alliance distance learning qualifications. Some students prefer
to make the commitment and complete the BTEC level 5 Diploma
in Payroll Management in one go, which is a two year course.
Others prefer to take the level 4 qualification, the Diploma
in Payroll Supervision first, which provides them with an exemption
to the first three modules of the Diploma in Payroll Management
and then take the extra two modules for the level 5 qualification in a
“stepped” approach.
Both are equally valid approaches to achieving your goals depending
on your circumstances and preferred method of study.
As a result of changes in BTEC definitions of qualifications and
requests from employers, we can now offer more choice on the stepped approach
to personal development.
Any student completing the first three modules of the Diploma in
Payroll Supervision, now qualifies for the Certificate in Payroll
Practice.
Students can now enrol for this as a separate qualification (BTEC
level 4) and complete the last two modules of the course to obtain the
full Diploma in Payroll Supervision.
